These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website of Brothers Global Exports and apply to all visitors, buyers, importers, and business partners. By accessing this website, submitting enquiries, or placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms together with any applicable Proforma Invoice, Sales Contract, or Export Agreement issued by Brothers Global Exports. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of this website.

Brothers Global Exports is engaged in the sourcing, processing, packaging, and export of agricultural commodities including millets, pulses, spices, rice, and related food products supplied primarily in bulk and wholesale quantities to international buyers. All products are supplied in accordance with mutually agreed specifications and applicable export regulations.

Orders are processed through standard international trade procedures, including quotations, Proforma Invoices, Purchase Orders, and Sales Contracts. A binding agreement is formed only after product specifications and pricing are confirmed, payment terms are agreed, and a Proforma Invoice or Sales Contract is accepted. Brothers Global Exports reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion.

Prices are quoted based on agreed Incoterms such as FOB, CIF, CFR, or others and remain valid only for the period stated in the quotation or Proforma Invoice. Payment terms may include advance payment, Letter of Credit (LC), Documents Against Payment (DP), or Documents Against Acceptance (DA), subject to credit approval. Production or shipment will commence only after fulfillment of agreed payment conditions.

Goods are supplied in accordance with mutually agreed specifications and industry-accepted tolerances applicable to agricultural commodities. Natural variations in color, grain size, or appearance within agreed tolerance levels shall not constitute defects. Independent third-party inspection may be arranged upon request and mutual agreement.

Packaging and labeling will be provided as agreed at the time of order. The buyer is responsible for ensuring compliance with import regulations, labeling requirements, and food safety standards in the destination country.

Shipments are arranged through established logistics providers and shipping lines. Delivery schedules are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond reasonable control, including vessel availability, customs clearance, port congestion, or weather conditions. Risk transfers in accordance with the agreed Incoterms.

Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes from Brothers Global Exports to the buyer in accordance with the agreed Incoterms stated in the Proforma Invoice or Sales Contract. Title to the goods shall transfer to the buyer only upon fulfillment of agreed payment obligations or payment terms, including under Letter of Credit (LC), Documents Against Payment (DP), or Documents Against Acceptance (DA) arrangements, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Shipping documents may be handled through banking channels in accordance with international banking practice where applicable.

Standard export documentation may include Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate where applicable, and other documents as required or agreed. Buyers are responsible for import permits, customs clearance, and local regulatory compliance at destination.

Any claims regarding quality or quantity must be submitted within the claim period specified in the contract and supported by appropriate inspection reports and documentation. Due to the nature of bulk agricultural commodities, goods once shipped are generally not eligible for return unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Brothers Global Exports shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, delays caused by third parties, or events beyond reasonable control. Liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of goods supplied under the relevant contract.

Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, shipping disruptions, labor disturbances, or port closures.
